A 2023 Mid-Year Alignment Checklist

2 more days until we’re at the mid-point of 2023 according to the Gregorian Calendar.

(The astrological/astronomical mid-point was the Solstice last week, so energetically we’re already there. Reminder: a Gregorian calendar in 1582 and it’s somewhat arbitrary.)

At this point in the year, I like to do a mid-year check-in.

That way I don’t get to the end of the year and wonder where the time went and why I’m in a different zip code than my goals.

I use the Seasonal Review and Planning section of the Do Less Planner as my guide for the process.

Want to digest the year so far, integrate the lessons, and realign with the goals closest to your soul for the rest of the year?

If so, I’m sharing a Mid-Year Alignment Checklist with you today!

Set aside some special time in the next week or so to go through this checklist.

Make it luxurious and fun. Make it sacred. Consider lighting a candle, listening to a favorite playlist, getting some fresh flowers, and setting the scene in any other way that honors your truest intentions for the rest of 2023.

Go through the following prompts to integrate the last 6 months and re-align for the next 6 months.

Here’s your Mid-Year Alignment Checklist:

– [ ] Make a list of the highlights from your life in the last 6 months. Include memorable moments, accomplishments, and anything else you want to honor, remember, or celebrate. Look through your calendar and pictures to jog your memory. Let yourself savor as you remember them.

– [ ] Look over the list and use any or all of these prompts: What themes have emerged in my life over the past 6 months? If I were to give the last 6 months a headline, what would it be?

– [ ] Reflect on the key lessons you learned over the last 6 months and write them down.

– [ ] Answer this prompt: Between now and the end of the year, I’m integrating and applying the lessons I learned over the past 6 months in the following ways…

– [ ] Write down where you’d like to be in your life in 6 months in the present, positive. For example: I am closing out my first 6-figure year in business and I’m completely financially solvent.

– [ ] Make a list of the resources you already have to make your vision a reality (people, knowledge, etc.)

– [ ] Make a list of the resources you need to call in to support you in your vision coming to fruition.

– [ ] Write down the next right action you’re committed to taking toward your vision.

– [ ] Go do it ❤️. Then take the next right action after that. As the next right actions keep revealing themselves (which is inevitable when you keep showing up from love), your vision, or something better, will materialize.

Bonus: Take action and move through your life as the person who’s already manifested your desire. Doing this makes you super sticky for your dreams, plus it makes life way more fun and interesting!

Make sure you do this exercise with pen and paper in the next week. Do it now or put it in your schedule right now. You can find the time and this sh*t works ❤️.

Happy beginning of the second half of the year!

Love,

Kate
