When someone asks me where to start when it comes to healing their relationship with money, they expect me to give them some budgeting hack, a money tracking app recommendation or tips to up their income.
And while practical steps are absolutely necessary (and I have an entire system I use and teach inside Relaxed Money), I don’t recommend starting with the how.
So where do I recommend starting?
With the deeper, unconscious way your body feels when it comes to money.
Why?
Because most of us have nervous system thermostat settings that perpetuate scarcity, financial avoidance, fear, disorganization, or other disordered money behavior or realities.
And until we address our nervous system imprints, no amount of new habits, changed mindsets, or upgraded beliefs are going to stick.
We can’t expand beyond where our nervous system feels safe.
Change our safety settings, though, and our ability to experience abundance becomes infinite!
