She has plenty to manage on her plate between her consulting work, being an attorney, working with professionals to transition into entrepreneurship, and taking care of her twin toddlers.
And as a Virgo, get-it-done-now, planner-type, time management was something she was intimately familiar with.
But it wasn’t until she stopped fussing with time and instead learned how to manage her energy that she says she finally felt in control.
“The way we’re made was designed to support us,” she says.
She was able to discover the best business model for her and her life instead of going with what everyone said she should be doing.
“It’s not the planning that’s the problem,” she says. “It’s the energy behind it.”
