With a full-time job, a commitment to cooking healthy food for her 3 sons (who eat a lot) and her husband, plus a health coaching business on the side, Majoy Resurreccion used to run, run, run, run to fit it all in.
In addition to being tired, all of the running caused her a lot of self-doubt.
Then she learned a new way of managing her time and more importantly, her energy, that made a big shift.
Not only did she start sleeping when her body was asking for rest (raise your hand if you need to start doing this too), she had some big breakthroughs around her confidence in her health coaching business.
