Her schedule was hectic and there was a lot of hustle.
Health coach, Postpartum Doula, and yoga teacher TaKisha August felt like she was irritable in her relationships and wasn’t being the kind of mother she wanted to be.
She was blaming her hustle and drive for the fact that she felt exhausted and that her relationships were strained.
But then she realized that there was a way she could honor herself in her schedule. And she started approaching her life and business differently.
Her business has expanded because she realized that she didn’t have to say yes to everything and everyone and overproduce. Instead, she identified what she could give and realized that her clients wanted simplicity just as much as she did.
She very quickly saw the evidence that this new way was working because of how much more restful and patient she became.
Now she feels authentic in her business instead of asking her clients to do things that she wasn’t doing in her own life.
Watch TaKisha’s story below to learn how she went from irritable and hustling to patient and authentic.
