Short list. 7 things right now.
All of it is in my house and on my body most days. I paid for every one of them myself before there was ever a link.
Some of the links below are affiliate links, so I earn a commission if you buy through one. That’s the only thing the link changes.

Red Light Glasses
I put these on when the sun goes down, and by the time I’m reading with the kids my body has already gotten the message that the day is over.
Cheapest thing on this page. Fastest thing I noticed.
If you do one thing here, do this one.

Amata Life
My mom formulated this one, so no, I’m not neutral. (I’m also not going to pretend I stumbled on it in a Reddit thread.)
I take it daily.
We did a whole episode on it in July if you want the long version.

ClearStem Eye Candy
Puffy. Dry. Up too late. Flew yesterday.
I put these on and come out looking dramatically more rested than I actually am. That is the entire appeal and I am not embarrassed about it.

Rent the Runway
Most of what you see me in — podcasts, stages, shoots — isn’t mine. I rent it, it goes back, somebody else wears it next.
That’s how I get variety for travel and events without a closet full of things I wore once, and without spending thousands of dollars to get there.
This dress is one of them.

Joovv Mini 3.0
I can feel the calming effect of red light almost immediately. That’s the part I didn’t expect.
It’s small enough to sit out where I’ll walk past it, which is the only reason I use it at all. Anything I have to go get is something I don’t do.

Body by Design
The short version for now: I use it, I’m glad I do, and I’ll say more about it here soon.
The testing came first. I wanted to know what was actually going on before I changed anything, and their testing is where I’d start if you’re curious.

Function Health
Mike and I both recommend this one.
Think of it as a check-up for the inside of your body. You get a blood test twice a year, and Function explains what it shows in plain words, not doctor-speak.
There’s a lab near almost everyone (or someone can come to you), you don’t need insurance, and it’s $365 a year.
If you’ve ever wondered what’s happening on the inside, this is the easiest way I know to take a look.
