I’ve had a bunch of friends who have similar businesses reach out and ask me the same question over the past couple of weeks since we had a record-breaking launch for Relaxed Money (up 63% over our previous best of all time!). They asked:

What did you change for this launch that you think got you the results?

It’s actually been so fun and nourishing to reflect on the question and responding has been excellent for digesting the experience (which I’m pretty sure has also helped me prevent a post-launch collapse physically and emotionally.)

One thing about me:

I’m terrible at keeping secrets!

So, since I’ve been voice memo-ing and texting a few in my inner circle about the 3 things that made the biggest difference in this launch, I thought I’d share them with you, too!

If you have a business, these tips and tweaks are gonna be gold for you…but if you don’t, you can still apply them to your life to enhance your results.

Here are the 3 things we did to create our record-breaking Relaxed Money launch:

1. A trip to the underworld.

Business success that lasts has to include your inner game. Our record-breaking Relaxed Money launch was no different.

The first thing I did that made all the difference wasn’t “on purpose” on a conscious level, but I know my soul chose it so I could clear out some energetic, somatic, and emotional blocks for the new level that was coming our way.

I went into a dark emotional place at the end of February and found myself in a spin of financial panic coupled with low-grade depression about life and business in general which is highly unusual given that I practice all of what I teach inside Relaxed Money.

It was brutal, but it was an incredible opportunity to take my own medicine and find safety within my body before trying to fix it. And then, as is always the case, from reconnecting to the infinite wholeness and abundance sourced from inside of me, I spring-boarded to a level of joy and expansion that was previously unavailable to me.

(I also read the book 10X is Easier Than 2X by Dr. Benjamin Hardy and Dan Sullivan after it was recommended to me over and over again and because of my trip to the underworld, I was so ready for the lessons! 10 out of 10 recommend the book.)

2. Fertilizing relationships.

We focused on dialing in and fertilizing our affiliate program for Relaxed Money in a big way this year. We hired a dedicated Affiliate Concierge who was a dream to work with. We welcomed over 120 affiliate partners who helped us spread the word about Relaxed Money including colleagues, friends, and past students.

Sharing our profits with affiliate partners who’ve referred their communities is one of my most favorite things to do. While we still do some paid advertising, my most favorite way to spread the word is through our affiliate partners because they send us the best customers based on their own experience with me and/or the work. Their communities reap the benefit, we get introduced to incredible new customers, and our affiliates get to refer their folks to something they love and trust and be well compensated.

It’s so regenerative!

3. Dialing in our strategy.

I cleared the way for massive expansion with my trip to the underworld. I circled up with folks I’ve been cultivating relationships with for decades in some cases to help spread the word about Relaxed Money. And finally, we really dialed in our marketing and launch strategy.

I love me some energetics and magnetism, but without the proper structure and strategy in place to guide all of the visibility that you magnetize through your “energetic alignment”, you’re not gonna make money…or at least not in a sustainable way that also feels safe to your customer.

So, when we were saying bye to our friend James Wedmore in his driveway in Sedona after visiting him for a week for spring break he said:

“Hey guys! What if I was your launch coach for your Relaxed Money promo?”

…we were like, “Say less!”

And the strategies really worked! Not only did we increase our overall launch revenue and the number of students we’re serving significantly, our earnings per lead (a metric James taught us to track) increased by 76%!!!
