I’m devasted! Your episodes have helped me through so many crappy days. Your realness, your humor and your interaction with each other – GOLD!
Not to worry Mandeep – there will be more to come. Stay tuned for what we’re both up to next!
This episode made me cry guys! Kate, when you said ‘I’m looking around for who was in charge, and it’s me’ literally tears streamed down my face out of nowhere. I had divorced parents at 3 and this ‘feeling held’ thing is so vital for our truth. Like, who would we be if we let go of the sides of the slide (and there was no-one to catch us at the bottom?). Self trust – wow, it is so scary and exciting!
Wishing you both so much happiness in the next chapter and I’m excited about your Origin launch! SJ x
I’m so glad this resonated so deeply with you Sarah-Jane. Catching ourselves at the bottom of the slide. Brilliant analogy!
