In the meantime, grab a piece of paper or open the Notes app on your phone and start keeping a list of things that you said yes to that you wish you hadn’t. It could be a coffee date, a phone call, a new marketing strategy, a project for school, or anything else. Just start taking notes as you think of new things between now and May 3rd. That’s it!
