I’m a Court Artisan on The Dame Game!

My dear friend Dame Lori Sutherland has birthed her new blog today, The Dame Game! I’m so honored to be part of it as one of her Court Artisans (aka guest bloggers). Today my inaugural Dame Game post is about dating myself and lobster. I think you’ll enjoy it ;).

Dame Lori and I met in 2006 at the Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts, where she was the Directrix at the time, and I fell in love with her the instant I met her. She was wearing these really kick-ass black stiletto boots with studs on them, accompanied by tight dark-wash jeans, the essence of what she has dubbed “Soul Style.” I was mesmerized by this pixie-meets Nicole Kidman-meets punk rockstar-meets head mistress-meetsfashion icon-meets beautiful creature unlike any other. We have since become dear friends and I can’t wait to share her and her brilliance with you here today, and soon on Glimpse TV!

Head on over to The Dame Game. Leave a comment as a birthday present on whatever post turns you on (or as many as you desire) and come play with us. Dame Lori lays it down with authenticity, hilarity, spiritual fervor, sex appeal, and deep engagement in the experience of living and loving life. Come play with The Dame, the other Court Artisans, and me over on The Dame Game!

  • I just love this post. I even took myself over to Luke’s Lobster’s website so that I could see what the fabulous Luke looks like. ( Can you say that accurately 5 times FAST?) He’s adorable, of course. All the lobsters up here right now are what we call “sheddah’s” which is Maine for shedder. Which means that their shells are nice and soft so you can bet at the meat easiily– they have recently molted those old hard shells. Everything is better without an old hard shell, don’t you agree? Anyway, it’s true. You ARE a pretty good time, Kate. And so is your Nicole Kidman punk rocker friend, the Dame. My soul tango stylist. A fun post for this glorious Maine evening.

  • Hi Fellow Court Artisan Miss Moller…I loved your post and the pic. Thanks for this and looking forward to Friday! xo Jade
